How I can support you as your Birth Doula

1hr Consulation

The goal of this meeting is to offer you my compassionate and non-judgmental support on every subjects around pregnancy and birth. In this one-hour session, you will be able to share all your fears and wishes around birth and the changes of becoming a parent. I will give you evidence-based information and give you appropriate referrals if needed. Your partner is also welcome to join you to express his own questions and learn how to be a supportive partner during labor and birth.

Premium Package

For the best support during birth, choose this complete package. I will follow you from your pregnancy through your postpartum with a personalized support during our meetings but also with my availability via texts and calls. This package includes: 3 prenatals to prepare for birth and 2 postpartum sessions to discuss your birth experience and offer you a break if needed.

Options to include my continuous in-person support during birth to help guide you and better support you and your partner emotionally and physically (a doctor or midwife has to be present as well) for a cost of 500€.

Baby Massage

Massage is well known for its relaxing and well being effects. It is similar for your baby, from birth to about 3 yo, massages will help support the creation of the bond between parents and baby. I will share with you my techniques to massage your baby with care and tenderness that can promote better digestion, sleep and immunity. A hard copy of the techniques learnt together will be shared after the session.
